Even as we live we die, and even as we die we live.

Living and dying are but covers of a book opening to a story of being. The front cover, with its slick, reflective image and tantalizing title, opens to the beginning and holds promise. The back cover, offering a tasteful and pleasing summary, signifies an end and offers hope. Both are bound to one another in the arc that curves along the page. Yet neither possesses the essence of being for the essence of being lies not in life or death, but rather within the bardo--the in-between.

As such, the pages of this site are intended to submerse the reader in a collaboration of observations concerning life and death, but moreover-- the bardo. With an often psychological bend you will encounter poems, short-stories, and novel excerpts as well as book reviews and an author blog, all of which are intended to apply thought and creativity to the human experience.
